Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturday, Sundays and public holidays) after receipt. Please note that delays may occur during periods of high order volumes.

Shipping method and delivery time

Orders are generally shipped as letters via Deutsche Post. Within Germany, basic letter tracking is available. For shipments to France and other EU countries, the following applies:

• Standard: Delivery within 4–8 working days. No tracking available.
• DHL International Mail (Premium): Includes end-to-end tracking and liability of up to €20 plus shipping costs in eligible countries.

Shipping costs

Germany:
Flat rate of €2.90 per order.
Free shipping for orders over €49.

France:
DHL International Mail (Premium): €6.50 per order.
Free standard shipping for orders over €99.

Other EU countries:
DHL International Mail (Premium): €6.90 per order.
Free standard shipping for orders over €129.
